Your patient needs specialty psychiatric and addiction medicine care, and you need to keep being the medical home. We take the prescribing complexity off your plate without taking the patient out of your network.
Group treatment, harm-reduction services, case management, peer support. We are the prescriber you can hand to when a participant needs psychiatric continuity.
Court-ordered evaluations completed with clinical objectivity, thorough documentation, and reporting that meets legal and judicial requirements. The role is clinical, not advocacy.
You are the referrer of last resort, doing the work the rest of the system stopped doing. We answer the phone, we explain what is possible, and we hold the medication continuity once your person is ready.
ii.What to Expect
Same-week intake
For most patients. Urgent cases prioritized. Confirm capacity at the time of referral by phone.
Direct provider contact
When clinically helpful and consented, the provider speaks directly with you. No call-tree, no portal-only communication.
Treatment summary returned
After intake, a brief clinical summary is sent to you with patient consent. So you can keep doing your part with full information.
Long-term continuity
Patients are not bounced back. Psychiatric medication management continues as long as it is the right level of care.
